How Vencha handles information from this website.

This notice describes the information this website collects, why it is collected and how to contact Vencha about it. It covers this website only.

Information you give us through the enquiry form

The working session enquiry form asks for your name, company, work email address and a description of the commercial question you would like to discuss. Two fields are optional: your role and your company website. You may also add a short note about why the question matters now.

When you submit the form, the information is stored in Vencha’s website database and a notification containing the same information is emailed to Vencha at richard@vencha.team. The notification is sent from an address on Vencha’s own notify.vencha.team sending domain, with your work email set as the reply-to address so we can respond to you directly.

Please do not include confidential, commercially sensitive or personal information about other people in the form. A short description of the question is enough.

Why we process it

The information is used for one purpose: to read and respond to your enquiry and to hold the follow-up conversation you asked for. It is not used for marketing lists, newsletters or automated campaigns, and it is not sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes.

Spam protection

The form includes a hidden field that ordinary visitors never see and a check that prevents the same enquiry being submitted twice in quick succession. Both operate on the submission itself; neither profiles you or tracks you across other websites.

Cookies and browser storage

This website runs no advertising, no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking technology, and it does not build a profile of you.

Two things are stored in your browser, both strictly necessary to serve the site correctly and neither used to identify or track you:

  • A first-party cookie named __dpl, set by the hosting platform so your browser keeps being served a consistent version of the site. It contains a deployment reference, not a visitor identifier.
  • A session storage entry named tsr-scroll-restoration, which remembers your scroll position as you move between pages. It is deleted when you close the tab.

Analytics

Visits to this website are measured at the hosting level, using the ordinary server request records that are produced whenever any web page is served. This measurement produces aggregate figures only: number of visitors, number of page views, which pages were viewed, session length, whether the device was desktop or mobile, the country the request came from, and whether you arrived directly or from a referring website.

To produce those figures the hosting platform necessarily processes your IP address — it is what a country is derived from, and what distinguishes one visitor from another within a day. Vencha is not shown your IP address and it is not stored in Vencha’s own database. No analytics cookie or persistent visitor identifier is written to your device by this measurement.

The site’s code also raises a small number of named interaction events — for example that a tool link was opened, that the enquiry form was started, or that a testimonial video was played. These events carry only the identifier of the item interacted with, never your name, email address, anything you typed into the form or anything you entered into a tool. At present no analytics provider is connected to receive these events, so they are held only in the memory of your own browser tab and are discarded when you leave the page. If a third-party analytics service is ever connected, this notice will be updated before it goes live, and any consent required at that point will be obtained.

Third parties that receive a request when a page loads

Some parts of each page are served by other companies. When your browser fetches them, that company receives your IP address, the page you were on and standard browser information, and applies its own privacy terms:

  • Google Fonts — the site’s typefaces are loaded from Google’s font servers as each page loads.
  • YouTube — the still images shown on the homepage hero video and the testimonial video cards are loaded from YouTube’s image servers as the page loads, before you click anything. The video players themselves are embedded through youtube-nocookie.com and load only once you press play, at which point YouTube also applies its own terms to the playback.
  • The website platform — the published site loads a small script from the platform that renders its “built with” badge, alongside the site’s own files.

The free GTM tools

The interactive GTM tools are hosted on a separate Vencha property at resources.vencha.team. Following a tool link takes you to that site, which handles the information you enter there under its own terms. This marketing website does not receive, store or read what you type into a tool. The only thing passed across the link is a presentation flag indicating that you arrived from the Vencha site.

Automated processing and AI

Nothing you submit through this marketing website’s enquiry form is processed by an AI model, used to train a model, or subjected to automated decision-making. Enquiries are read by a person.

This statement covers this marketing website and its enquiry form only. It does not extend to the free GTM tools, which are a separate property: some of those tools may use AI to generate or analyse what you enter. Their handling of your input, including any AI processing, is governed by the terms published on that site.

Service providers

The website and its database are hosted on Vencha’s website platform, and notification emails are delivered through that platform’s email service using the Vencha sending domain. These providers process the information only to run the website and deliver the email.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as they remain relevant to the conversation they started, and are deleted on request. If you would like your enquiry removed, email richard@vencha.team and we will delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information you have given us, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also object to our holding it at all. Write to richard@vencha.team and we will action the request.
