Growth and proposition
- Which customers should we concentrate on?
- Why are apparently suitable prospects not buying?
- Is our proposition precise enough to create urgency?
- Are we solving a valuable problem for the person who can act?
Book a working session
A working session is a focused conversation about the decision, assumption or growth challenge currently limiting progress.
We will explore what is happening, why the answer remains unclear and whether Vencha’s experience and methodology can help you move forward.
A focused first conversation
You do not need to diagnose the problem before speaking with us. Bring the decision, tension or assumption that is proving difficult to resolve.
The purpose of the conversation is to understand the context, test the shape of the problem and establish whether working together would create meaningful value.
Separate the immediate symptom from the underlying commercial decision.
Identify what the business currently believes and which evidence may be missing.
Establish whether the issue requires further work, a practical tool or simply a clearer decision.
What can we discuss?
If your exact question is not shown, that does not make it unsuitable. The common factor is that the answer matters and remains unresolved.
The conversation
Tell us briefly about the business, the question and why it matters now. This allows us to begin with context rather than introductions.
We will explore the decision, challenge the assumptions surrounding it and identify what is known, inferred or still unsupported.
We will agree the most sensible next step. That may be a defined Vencha engagement, a practical tool, further evidence gathering or no further work together.
There is no requirement to arrive with a polished brief. Candour is more useful than presentation.
Who should take part?
Working sessions are most useful when the relevant founder or senior decision-maker participates directly.
The person accountable for resolving or acting on the question.
The Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance or operational leader closest to the evidence.
Where the question affects market focus, investment or the direction of the business.
You do not need to assemble a large group. One or two well-informed participants are usually more useful than a room full of observers.
Is this for you?
Start the conversation
A short description is enough. We will use it to understand the context and decide how best to continue the conversation.
Prefer email? Write to us directly and include the question you would like to discuss.
What happens next
The first conversation is about understanding the question and deciding whether Vencha is the right partner to help resolve it.
You will speak with an experienced Vencha practitioner.
If Vencha is not the right answer, we will say so.
If further work would be valuable, we will define what it needs to achieve before discussing an engagement.
Explore the methodology, hear from clients or use the practical tools first.
